Synopsis
During his first night in the ground-floor apartment, Oscar is woken up by drops of water falling from his ceiling. In an attempt to find the source of the problem, he encounters neighbors who exemplify the worst kind of natural resource overuse. The issue only becomes truly apparent to Oscar when it nearly drives him to commit a crime he thought himself incapable of committing.
