Synopsis

This documentary follows six inhabitants of Fogo Island in Cabo Verde who live inside the crater of the volcano, where risk is part of daily life and the landscape is shaped by its constant presence. Between simple routines and difficult decisions, each finds ways to carry on, revealing an intimate coexistence and the great resilience of this strong people.
